After 21 years of honorable service in the United States Army, our founder carried over the discipline, leadership, and attention to detail gained in the military and poured it into every dish we serve. From Sunday-style soul food to custom cultural menus including authentic Mexican dishes and fusion flavors our meals are seasoned with tradition and cooked with care.
